"This is the Trader Joe’s I go to for my weekly grocery shopping. It’s a smaller store so there’s not as many options compared to the other stores but I can live with that. The staff are all generally friendly and pleasant as well. The issue I have is that this is the second time I’ve bought fresh chicken and the meat had a sour smell and a little yellowing in the back and corners (hidden from view). I don’t have the time to go back and ask for an exchange but I really hope management will look into this and make sure that the freshness of the chicken is guaranteed."
"Anytime I go to Trader Joe's at the "wrong time," a really busy time, where the check out line starts at the front door entrance lol . . . I always contemplate leaving, just for a second. However, the day that I didn't have any obligations, to be anywhere, I stayed. And too my surprise - the line was moving along quite swiftly; it definitely only felt like 5 - 10 min - it was so fast! This is what I truly commend Trader Joe's on . . . their stellar efficiency! And not to mention, there's always employees on the floor, steadily doing re-stock and that's not it! Even when the store is crazy busy, the employees are always open to answering any questions! Lastly, the people at the check out counter are ALWAYS friendly, offering good conversation, as they bag up your things! 2 employees that I recently chatted with at this location, was Hunter and Tristan. They made my day! :)"
