"The person that serves food was rude and impatient. Didn't even let me finish my sentences as if trying to get rid of me. Work on the customer service in this place and do better. Also encountered some homeless dude flicking me off for no reason making the place a bit unsafe. The only positive thing I had was the food and the cashier who was nice."
"Here's my comment about this store: Positives: 1) Decent variety of products. 2) Has a bit of everything. 3) Salad bar and sandwiches available. 4) Convenient option to eat on the spot. Now, the drawbacks: 1) Prices are excessively high for everything! 2) If you pay with a card, the price is higher. 3) Checkout staff lacks professionalism. They need training in customer service and at least occasional smiles. 4) Now, about the employees who prepare salads and sandwiches: they displayed some rudeness. Drawing on my experience of steering a conversation, I quickly took action, and the team became more amiable. My verdict: The store manager should provide training for the staff on how to be courteous and work with customers. Reading comments from other visitors about rude employees in this store suggests that nothing is being done in this regard!"
"Had SO DELICIOUS buffalo chicken wrap, and also got a Dr. Pepper cotton candy for my buddy, which I haven’t really seen anywhere before! Despite all the ingredients coming out out of wrap as you bite (I guess rather a nuance for wraps in general stuffed with ingredients), it was absolutely great; Staff was also great! Highly recommend not overlooking this place!"

"This place is the most beautiful and most wonderful store in all of the 5 boroughs. The food is fast and amazing but well thought out, smells, looks, and tastes fresh. Even got my boy his own special. Amazing customer service and an amazing experience 10/10"
