"This is the rudest store and the owner I have ever met. I bought a moisture meter and it doesn’t work, so I asked to return it and left it open just in case he wants to check if it actually doesn’t work. The second I said it doesn’t work, he starts to get mad at me, and saying something like I opened it and I should contact the company instead of asking him. (Note: the package is very easy to open, no seal outside, and if he just put it back it’s literally what he sold to me. ) He insisted that I finished using it and wanted to return after use, until he tested it himself and realized it actually doesn’t work. He kept talking in a 100% rude manner while I was trying to explain to him. I think no one should take the risk to be treated like this, I would give him minus star if I can. :)"

"I REALLY like this store. It is clean, well-stocked, and well-run. I went in there today to get a key copied, and was AMAZED at how quickly I was served. Meanwhile, I had gone to Home Depot initially, and had left in disgust after waiting on line for 15 minutes, and STILL no service!!!"
