"I don't recommend this agency at all! I could give this review 0 stars if I could!! At first, the insurance agency tried mixing up all of my statements and insurances such as life insurance, car insurance. Additionally, the insurance agency started controlling my automatic payments at their own will without notifying me, this caused MANY PROBLEMS with my payments as I was confused if my payments were paid or not, hence causing many problems with the DMV, causing me to surrender my plates and no longer using my car for a period of time all because of THIS AGENCY!! WHICH IS WHY I CHANGED TO A BETTER AGENCY, and I thought it was the Insurance Company but in reality it was the AGENTS WHO SET UP THIS PROBLEM. Now, after changing agencies.. all of my recent problems with this agency were solved and now I have no problems at all!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS AGENCY UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS WITH INSURANCE!!!!"
