Mega Insurance Brokerage

"Mega Insurance brokerage I pay February 24 2023 tlc American insurance with my broker mega insurance for 1 year almost $4000 and I send my Defensive sertifikat 1 days after I pay before I pay they said 3 weeks will refund me with check 10% that what I pay but until today 4 July more than 4 months didn’t send my refund check I keep calling they alway said 2 days more, 2 weeks more very said I can not believe I need change other broker and other tlc insurance very disappointed I pay full 1 years but service very disappointed. Call back today july 6 but still processing my refund when I call 3 month before the company still processing until now don’t how many month they processing my refund very sad and frustrating waiting my refund need waiting forever. Just call back today sept 11 2023 asking for my refund check almost 7 month before I pay they said the longest processing is 1 month, I call back mega insurance broker almost 15 times they still said the refund check still processing and I asking American transit phone number for me to directly call them but they said find it in the website but the question I pay $4000 but when I asking help to broker they asking me to find phone number by myself, In my opinion if you said 1 month refund but until 7 month still notyet refund that mean my broker cash it the refund check and scam me. No more use this broker, me and more than 20 my friends will no longer use this broker and move to other brokerage next year, you can keep scam my refund, but I hope no other rider/ Customers you scam like me. New update just call back asking my refund check 22 January 2024 they said still processing my refund check asking me to call back 25 Jan 2024. After that I call mega brokerage asking why mega scam me and no give back my refund check they hold my phone for 1 hour after that I hang up my phone call I need working too."
