"Avoid this office, they literally ROB you with extra charges everymonth, a little change for their pockets on top of your monthly charges, then when you want to cancel a policy, they will give you the never ending run around, because they know if you LEAVE, there goes their little extra money, and they take money from all customers imagine at the end of the month. "This company has a terrible habit with hiring subpar employees. Paula messed up the payment method to discharge month-to-month installments for my auto insurance. That resulted in me having to pay two months at once. I had a phone conversation with her and she wanted me to fix her own mistakes, by calling Progressive myself. She gave a weak apology and little care over the entire situation. Generally, all of these employees look miserable working in this company and that energy bleeds onto their "services".Very sad and I ultimately switched to a better brokerage firm."
