"I've been a customer of Jiffy Lube since I started driving in the 90's. The service is always immaculate. I always go to the Northern Boulevard location and the service is usually exceptional. I have to say the gentleman that helped me on Saturday was remarkable. He was extremely friendly, personable and professional. I didn't get his name but he was tall, slender build with a full beard and glasses. He was the same way when I used to go to the location in the Bronx before it closed."

"I called ahead to confirm they had a filter for my vehicle, because it is not always in stock. The rep said yes just come in, I said it is not a common filter (2022 MB GlS 450), can you please check and confirm since I am coming in from Manhattan? He said we just got a new shipment we have it. I had a strong feeling he was just brushing me off because he did not feel like being bothered, and I was correct. When I arrived today I was told they do not have the filter in stock, and they did not have the filter in stock. Dear Management: Please hire people who care, I wasted an hour of my Saturday for nothing."
"Went here due to a friends car needing oil change. Service was fast, friendly, and the guy doing the work was very informative. A lot more staff use to work there but they left so it might be slow depending on the rush. So far car seems to be fine. I just didn’t like the oil came out of some weird container though. I’d say just ask questions if something seems off cause the bottle wasn’t a newly opened bottle of something. Being it wasn’t my car and I seen the bottle just as the guy was done pouring I left it be, so that was that. Prices are okay but I expect it from a chain. The work area and waiting room was very clean. You may find cheaper if you price around but if you’re in a bind and need something done this place will do just fine. Besides that there’s really no complaints."
