"Hi, I went here last week to buy a pair of slipons. Had a pretty bad experience with the ‘manager’. I don’t think she was the manager. Anyways, she was rude and confrontational in a Karen kind of way. Short, glasses, bad attitude! Haha. I’m only writing this review hoping the real management will read this and take a look at this employee. Both my friend and I were confused by her behavior and we actually didn’t buy anything because of her. We just bought the same thing online instead. Thanks! ✌️"

The woman who greeted me was sweet and energetic, the the woman who helped me find my size and choose my style was patient and super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and the cashier was so kind and thoughtful. I am so so pleased with the customer service at this location. The next time I need shoes I’ll shop here again!"
