"Female dispatchers very rude. I had my cab canceled without notification and left waiting outside holiday weekend on my way to work. disappointing what happen to the business . they use to be a great car service until the past yr . no decency or care for long paying customers of over ten years ."

"Great car service. Driver very nice and helpful. He was spot on time. We used the car service from Astoria to JFK. Very smooth experience and we would definitely recommend it and we will definitely use the service again! Shame we didn't catch the driver's name. Happy Thanksgiving to Sunnyside car service team!!"

"The cab driver got lost getting to me at LGA. He finally found us almost an hour later. Once in the car, he drove extremely fast and was heavy on the break pedal. Not a pleasurable experience. Im a NYer born and raised and haven't dealt with this poor of service"

"Well I still like to support the underdogs under the Uber empire and new services. This one car service although so far hasn't been disappointing; they have come on time and I received the car needed for the situation whether is just a ride or going to the airport. I don't give them a five because they lack a little customer service."

"I've been always using this car service, until today ,that a dispatcher answered the phone and told me in my face and with no manners that I've call 40 times, when it was my second time calling to find out the price of my ride . I used to give this number to my family and friends and even people that needs a taxi when they go to my boyfriend's restaurant. But after today I will.never call or give this number to anyone. Customers are important in any business, but is sad that only an idiot can loose customers because he doesn't know anything about customer service."
