"Disappointing Exchange Policy and Poor Customer Service I recently visited this store to exchange a gift for a different size, requesting the exact same product and color. Despite not having the receipt, I was surprised to learn that I needed to pay the difference between the sale and the original price to complete the exchange. This policy seemed unreasonable and was not clearly explained beforehand. I escalated the issue to the manager, Sally, but unfortunately, she was unable to provide any satisfactory solution. The outcome was a gift card credited with the lower sale value, and I left the store without the desired product. This experience was frustrating and inefficient, a stark contrast to the convenience and variety I usually enjoy while shopping online. This encounter has only reinforced my preference for online shopping and has discouraged me from returning to this location. Prospective customers should be aware that their experience at this store might not meet expectations, particularly regarding exchanges and customer service."

"The store is very organized but a little small so it may look a little cluttered. The workers are so attentive and helpful! They also offer a wide range of sizes helping many people to feel included. I love, love, love the jeans from American Eagle. Their jeggings look like authentic rigid denim but they are very stretchy and so comfortable, especially if you're a curvy girl!"

"Great store full with a bunch of nice clothes overall. The only thing is that it's pretty expensive and some of the styles are refurbished from others. The cashiers can use some work and possibly lowering prices I had to pay $50 only for 2 shirts that weren't even good quality... uh okay"
