"I shopped at the Freehold Walmart this evening. Once I was ready to check out there was only one cashier/ register open along with multiple self checkouts. The lines for both options were so long it was awful. I chose to check out with the cashier and there were at least 8 carts/ people in that one line. Everyone was unhappy. The self check out lines were even worse. I’m not shopping at a Dollar Store. I expect some semblance of service even in this crazy world. I need to think long and hard before I’ll return to shop at this store again. I believe in service. There was none in this store. This was a negative shopping experience for me!"
"I've been there just a handful of times and so far I had good luck finding everything I was looking for. Returns were easy and quick and the store feels clean. It can be a little bit more organized."
"I was shopping at the store yesterday. When I got home I realized that my chain broke holding my deceased dad's wedding band. I called the operator to see if it was turned in. I was refused help, they wouldn't take my name or number and had the audacity to wish me a Merry Christmas as I tried to ask for help. Great customer service. If I conducted my business like that I'd lose a lot of customers."
