"Dr. Jones is a soft spoken physician, although I mostly saw his PA, Kendra Atherton. Things went smoothly until now. I've been treated for chemo-induced neuropathy since I completed treatment. Kendra prescribed Venlafaxine, which works. I just found out from my pharmacist that the renewal for that med has been refused and I've had no communication to tell me why.
