"The owner L Jacobs listed a dog on Craigslist for sale which as it turns out was not for sale. An appointment to meet the dog was made and just minutes before the meeting I was informed the dog was not available. The owner struck me as less than honest about the reason the dog was suddenly not for sale. I would not consider doing business with this person."
"Bought an expensive dogo puppy here with full guarantee years ago, and imported it in to Canada. At 4 months old the dog became very sick and had to be rushed to the emergency vet overnight where he rapidly deteriorated. He was then sent to the clinic attached to our local School of Veterinary Medicine, and yet no diagnosis could be found, and he continued to decline. He was euthanized shortly thereafter, and the School asked me if they could autopsy the puppy as a teaching tool. Finding was that the puppy was born without an immune system, and had severe organ damage. They were surprised he lived much past birth. After spending over 12k in vet bills only to lose my puppy, the breeder would not return my calls or emails, nor did she honour the guarantee of health as outlined at purchase, or even offer to replace the puppy. One of the most devastating things I’ve been through emotionally - never mind financially. It’s taken me years to even be able to leave a review that doesn’t contain swearing. Horrible experience."
