"Yesterday, I received a free freezer I didn't order strapped to a box I did order. Today, instead of the generator I ordered I received a sink. This happened to the same person ON CONSECUTIVE DAYS! Customer Service solution was to refund the generator and to tell me to order again, even though I won't qualify for the same financing. How do you make money?"
"Employees are nice but undertrained. We tried to show them some of the 4x4s that had 1" deep cuts in them at the midpoint and the guy had no idea why damaged 4x4s were an issue. Otherwise it's a good store with cheerful staff."
