"I have only had the most positive experiences at this office! Thanks Jen who scheduled my appointment and got me in quickly. Harmony the nurse was kind and understanding, Dr Bagous is wonderful. She is kind, gentle, and understanding. Then the very nice lady at check out (sorry I didn’t get your name), thanks for understanding I forgot my bank card in my other jacket pocket. I was gonna go to the bank and come back. She said just call and we’ll take the copayment over the phone. Thanks everyone who made this somewhat awkward and uncomfortable visit so much easier. "Okay normally I don’t leave reviews HOWEVER this experience warrants praise. From the moment I arrived the receptionist was just SO NICE (very pretty dark hair with glasses) I had to mention how wonderful she was from start to finish. She found a date I needed for my form from my Privia file. She took the time to look and search. No lie I had literally the perfect amount of time to complete all the paperwork and tablet material. I don’t know if that was planned or they are just that good. That was surprising because I hate when you’re like walking around with half finished papers. It takes away from the appointment itself. Did I mention the wall color is beautiful! Very relaxing inviting environment. Okay I was taken back by what I think is a nurse practitioner, she was intuitive, knew her stuff. I saw doctor Bagous she was awesome she listened to me, was gentle and kind. Looks just like her picture online. I’d prefer a fabric gown lol versus the paper shirt and drape combo - if I had to choose one thing to improve on, but I survived. Leaving the room another nice nurse or member of staff gave me accurate instructions to make it to the check out desk and blood draw area. The check out woman for my follow up appointment was like perfect- funny witty and fast, the perfect combo. Then she pointed me to where I did a blood draw which was quick and easy, phlebotomist was super friendly too. I didn’t even make it downstairs before I realized I forgot to ask about the pharmacy to send my birth control to and go back in and the amazing receptionist from the beginning and another woman ALSO GREAT went to go verify the pharmacy and got that fixed for me! Literally the most fluid appointment I’ve ever had hands down -in and out in a hour. I am happy I chose to go to Winchester OBGYN. Every single person I encountered were so nice to me. I am thankful to all the ladies who helped me because no woman wants to go to the gynecologist lol. But they made it a not so bad of an experience and for that I am very grateful. I didn’t feel rushed or stressed. THEY KNOW what they’re doing. Trust me. Happy Thanksgiving to whoever reads this."

"OMG! I was looking for a good gynecologist in WV, and I couldn't find one, so I had to go to Winchester, and I'm so happy to have found Dr. Edwards. I had a bad experience with a PA in WV, and going to Dr. Jessica feels like night and day. I am so thankful for her and her staff."

"I love this entire practice. They are patient, attentive, caring, and communicative about everything that comes to my pregnancy. Dr Bagous delivered my baby last year and me and my husband always refer to how spectacular she was during the process with her clear instruction and care for my well being as well as my baby…. I hope she delivers me again but I would honestly be happy to see any one of the physicians on this staff at my bedside. From your first appointment at 8 weeks pregnant to your last appointment 6 weeks post partum you will feel at ease with your pregnancy and recovery at this practice. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
