"Every building has the same 5 apartment numbers so no packages will ever go to the right place."
"Have a relative that lives here, so my rating is based off of my observations as a visitor. Considering they just moved in, I was happy to see that the apartment appeared clean and kept up well. Everything worked, and while I suppose maintenance would be the one helping them with issues, I was happy to see how accessible things were to work on. Some things did appear a bit dated, but appears they have at some point gone through to modernize it at least a little. My relative seems to be happy here so far, and based on that, it seems like a place worth looking into if you are in the market."
"The trash here is consistently full. Tenants and random passerby will either park in your spot or right along the curb behind your car. My truck has been hit multiple times while in it's space but because this is a private lot there's nothing you can do. The landlords have said they'll tow people parked behind your spot or speeding but have never done so. Although they did fine us for having a Velcro screen door put up over our back door. They are also raising our rent 50% from appx $800 to appx $1300."
