"This is my 3rd time living at Grottoes Manor. If I was unhappy with management, maintenance, other people or people in my building I would not have returned for a 3rd time. Management and maintenance are awesome. The way to get along with people and your neighbors is to be polite and respectful. I always say hi to whoever I see and wish them a good day. I keep to myself other than that. I am also a very quiet person. No noise of any kind coming from my apartment. It's called respect people!"
"Beware stay away from this place! I have receive letters from guest being over to my apartment to inspection sticker to blinds etc. They are the most ridiculous people I have ever rented from very nosy! The maintenance man go around watching people and making false accusations! If you are a young person stay away this is for older people! I am constantly being harassed at this place. I have fix my AC unit 16 times in the past three years since I have been here it’s never fixed all the way! They inspect your house almost every other month. If you want any type of privacy this is not the place to rent from unless you’re old with no life. If living in comfort is important to you do not rent from these people!"
"I'm a single mom of 2. I haven't had any problems out of this place! Everyone stays to themselves for the most part and everyone is very friendly. The only probably I have is I been trying to get my dishwasher fixed for awhile now. They keep coming to fix it but it's never fixed. Other than that, the office staff is super nice and the maintenance people are very friendly and do a great job at their work on the outside and inside. If you know how to keep things clean and stay clean and you won't have any problems out of this place. If you're dirty, and don't know how to clean up after yourself and keep things nice and clean wireless presentable, then this is not the place for you."
"This is a wonderful property. It is well maintained and kept very clean. They have a standard of living that they expect their tenants to uphold. If your clean and know how to follow rules this is the place for you. If you're trashy and can't handle minimum expectations of keeping your place clean and following the few rules that are there this may not be the place for you and you should stay living with your parents before living in the real world."
