Luray Mountain Cabins

"My husband and I went away for the 1st time since our children were born and they are now 6 & 8! It was time for us to finally make some time for ourselves! We booked the White Pine Loft directly thru Lisa & Jim and they were very communitive and very accommodating! The cabin was completely spotless and I loved how they had instructions right at our fingertips for any device or equipment that we wished to use so it took the guessing out of everything and the whole trip went seamless! The hot tub was also extremely clean and worth the evening dip! They also send you a packet ahead of time with recommended local hot spots to visit, which we did & loved each one! Jim & Lisa truly thought of everything! It snowed prior to us getting there & the morning we departed but they had already taken care of arrangements & the steps were completely cleaned off as well as our walk way as we loaded up the vehicle. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole experience and we look forward to returning one day in the future with the kids and renting out one of their bigger cabins as they have multiple properties located very close to one another! I have already recommended the Luray Mountain Cabins to friends of ours who are probably going to book soon! Thank you once more Jim & Lisa for the incredible hospitality!"

"Probably the best vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Clean, well-stocked and adorable! We didn’t want for anything and enjoyed every minute- a little sad we couldn’t stay longer.. The location was perfect without us even knowing it when we booked it, because our friends live at the bottom of the hill, so we got a little workout walking back and forth. Thank you for being so easy to work with from start to finish!"

"My husband and I (and our dog!) stayed three nights in the Black Walnut Cottage and it was absolutely perfect! From booking to check out, the hosts were so responsive and organized. The cottage was so thoughtfully decorated, well stocked from kitchen appliances, to laundry detergent, to board games, and clean! It exceeded all expectations and was one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in! We loved sitting on the porch with our coffee and ending the day in the back playing cards by the fire or soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking in SNP! I also appreciated the time and thought the owners put in to providing recommendations for things to do nearby with very detailed descriptions. It was an amazing home for a weekend getaway and I couldn’t recommend it enough!"
