"We are very happy with Dr. Farrago, his staff, and the practice of direct primary care. When we call for an appointment there is no answering questions about birth date, etc. and being put on hold while they attempt to look up our info. When we come in the staff knows us on sight, is very friendly and well organized. We are seen within minutes, not hours! We have had several occasions when we needed care during off hours, and even from out of town. Dr. Farrago made himself available and was able to help us through each of those situations. He is very progressive and will not prescribe medicines irresponsibly but will take time to diagnose and look into all methods of treatment. He takes also time to explain things and answers questions in the office as well as through e-mail. He is sensitive to cost and will help his patients find the best deal on any medications he does prescribe. Prescriptions are called or faxed to the pharmacy in a timely fashion. We very much appreciate the level of care and service we receive at Forest Direct Primary Care. Well done Dr. Farrago, Debbie, and Christine!"

He takes his time with you during your visit. Your appointments are always on time. I wish we had Dr. Farrago when we were raising our children."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Farrago for over 2 years, and love that he is my doctor!! During my first consultation, he gave me (and my mom, who joined me) so much time! I have never in my life felt like a doctor was engaged and paying attention during my visits. I have always felt rushed and pushed through the process. Dr. Farrago asked so many questions. He was genuinely interested in understanding my whole health picture. He has been wonderful and attentive at every subsequent appointment. I have gone to him for odd things, like back pain, and he has worked with me to a good resolution. I have had very little contact with Debbie, but Christine is amazing!! I love that when I call, someone answers! I love that they can ALWAYS fit me right in. I love that I have never had to wait to see the Doctor. I love that he tells me up front how much my blood work is going to cost, and it is not exorbitant! I have emailed Dr. Farrago with questions and he responds very quickly. I also appreciate that he isn't all about giving out prescriptions, but tries to figure out what is going on and address it that way. That has NEVER been my experience in the past. I cannot give Dr. Farrago and his office higher praise! Definitely the way to go!!!!!"

"What a great experience to be treated like a real person and not just another stop along the day. Dr Farrago takes time to listen and treat you as a person. He is open and honest. He also doesn't pull any punches. He tells it like it is. He cares about you as a person first. My wife and I have been his patients for more than a year and are extremely satisfied. "Dr. Farrago, his lovely wife Debbie and sweet assistant Christine has restored my faith in the medical community! I am a wife, a mom and also a nurse, I've witnessed so much over the years my outlook on health care was not good! My husband approached me with Dr. Farrago 's program and honestly I was skeptical! My husband decided to join anyway and it was a family plan whether I used it or not. Pat went for his consultation, then his physical and follow up. He could not have been more positive about his experience and asked me to at least give them a try, so I did! I have NEVER experienced health care in such as way!
