"Very dissatisfied with the service I received. Called to get an appointment for my son to get his very last vaccine needed for school. Both my boys went to Richerson Dr from the time they were born except for the few years that we moved away. Moved back and had no problem with getting him in to get the vaccines needed for 7th grade. The Receptionist said that somehow there’s no longer any records for my son so he’s no longer a patient. How are the records of all the vaccines he’s had there just gone when it’s the only pediatrician office he’s ever been to? Then, she proceeds to tell me that I can’t make an appointment for the last vaccine he needs so I’ll have to take him to the health department."

"I feel so much relief regarding my children going to Lynchburg pediatrics for all their needs. I have two little girls that love going to the doctors! They see Dr. Klein who I swear is the child whisperer. They also see Dr. Simpson; another wonderful woman! Bright doctors who actually have smiles and enjoy what they do. BONUS- the place is brand new, hand painted murals in all the rooms and halls. Super creative docs and professional! I LOVE THIS PLACE!"

"We love Lynchburg pediatrics! They are so flexible with appointments and are happy to answer any questions you might have. I love that they're open 5 days a week. We see Dr. Kline and we LOVE her. She's been extremely supportive of our choice for baby led weaning and provides tons of great resources no matter what you choose. As a first time mom, she has been so encouraging, plus she has a great sense of humor. I can honestly say that everyone I have come into contact with (or even just talked to on the phone) has been so incredibly kind and you can tell that they love their jobs. The front desk ladies have helped me out with insurance issues, and the on call nurse has advised me several times. Highly recommend this place. You can't go wrong with anyone there!"
