Virginia Sport & Spine Institute is a premier health institution located at 2011 Enterprise Drive in Forest, Virginia. Our team of clinicians and performance coaches are dedicated to helping patients, clients, and athletes reach their optimal performance levels. We offer individual, group, and team training sessions, as well as specialized evaluations for golf and baseball/softball players.
At Virginia Sport & Spine Institute, we believe in a personalized approach to treatment and training. Our experienced staff combines manual therapy, manipulation, and exercise prescription to improve overall function and performance. "This place would rather someone come in sick than cancel an appointment. They charge a fee if it’s less than 24 hours, but make no exceptions if you are sick the day of the appointment. I think this is irresponsible of a health care facility to expect a sick person to show up anyway. My husband called and let them know he was sick and was still charged. This is unsafe for their staff and other patients for the sake of not losing a few bucks. They should know better."
"VA Sport and Spine helped me get back on my feet after months of severe lower back pain which developed during my pregnancy. After having my daughter it worsened. I was immobile and in pain constantly. I was getting very depressed. The last thing you need with a new baby! I am so glad I made the decision to come here and wish I had sooner. I worked with Dr. Garratt. During my first visit he did a very thorough evaluation and gave me some simple exercises to start doing at home. He progressed me each week and I think by my only my 4th visit I was pain free shortly after. After 4 months of pain I did not expect to see improvement so fast. These guys really know their stuff and will get you back on track without you needing to rely on them forever. I can finally enjoy my post partum period and get back to the gym. I recommend to anyone!"
