Centra Urgent Care - Forest

"Just left unseen after being told they were at capacity. They close at 8pm and it is shortly after 530pm. It's sad an urgent care center is turning away patients during business hours."

"Arrived at 730 am in a Saturday. Patients lined up at the door. I was very sick so I stayed in my car and waited. I was grateful to be able to see a Doctor. This was my first visit. They open at 8 and the crowd goes in. All I can say is Thank you so much. I was seen much quicker than I expected. The front staff are phenomenal. The nurses and doctors were top notch ! I did need meds and picked them up on the way home. Thank you so much for making a bad day turn into sunshine!!! All of you are wonderful !"

"So I just want to say I hadn't had issues with this place on up till yesterday. Sent my husband there to get seen due to him having fever, cough, runny nose, body chills an low appetite. Tell me why he comes home with only nose sprays. Our son is with him laying down, he wakes up with fever. Get him seen again next day and he now has flu and strep but yet they could've tested him less then 24 hours ago an he could be taking Tamiflu. Now its past 24hour mark an he has antibiotics an son does as well. Not too happy with then on this at all."

"We just moved from Fl and had no Dr's yet and didn't know where to go. My daughter told us about the urgent care center. They we're all awesome and very professional. Thank you again!"

"So my daughter was diagnosed Wednesday at this facility with having strep throat. She was feeling worse after taking 7 doses of an antibiotic prescribed by them. I returned Saturday. Dr. Amirie was the doctor assigned. She came into the room with an attitude unbefitting of a doctor. So to the point it frightened my 7 year old daughter, who asked why is she arguing with you? She was temperamental to say the least. I requested another doctor. Samantha Moore then came in as though I was the problem. I decided to leave without the medical attention required, because I didn't feel safe for my daughter by then. I requested the number to someone I could talk to. Samantha Moore sarcastically says loudly didn't I tell you I was in charge. I told her everyone has a boss. She then went to retrieve a number for me. Also they all talked in a huddle about the situation, yet wanted to try to tell me I couldn't open my door because of OSHA laws. This was the absolute worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. It frightened my daughter WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!"
