"We made an appointment for my husband which had to be scheduled over a month out. He's been struggling with what we believe is a hiatal hernia and have been very much looking forward to getting him help. When scheduling the appointment, I verified THREE TIMES with the woman I spoke with that they do in fact accept my husband's insurance. She assured me that they do. When my husband went to his appointment today, they informed him that they do not accept his insurance. We waited over a month for this disappointment. Due to this office's incompetence, we now have to find another doctor and schedule another appointment and wait even longer to get my husband the help he needs."
