"Room wasn't ready till 7pm. Room was trashed, half the remotes are missing and the ones that are here don't have batteries. There's a huge stain on the wall and ceiling, looks like puke or something. A third of the lights are burnt out. Someone cut the coax line so Don't have cable for the first day. But at least it's close to the slopes and the staff is friendly."
"1 start only because I have to give this a rating. If I could I would rate this at zero stars. We were charged $100 for each key which is ridiculous. I’m not sure why because they are just the plastic hotel keys. They don’t provide extra blankets. Floors were dirty when we arrived. Decor is old and atrocious. Cracks in the bathroom sink. Terrible sloppy paint and finishes. This is not worth your money. Stay away!! There are much better places to stay within the Massanutten resort. Skip this place this is far from a vacation."
"Check-in took over 2 hours, maybe 3. They gave us the keys to the unit but when we got to the unit they were still cleaning the unit. Air conditioner in unit not working. Slept in hot unit overnight till maintenance can come look at it this morning. So will see if they can fix it this morning or if they can move us. They told us at they were booked so will see what happens"
"Walked in there was no electricity and the door was wide open. Finally found the electrical box and the place was crawling with lady bugs and other insects. An unidentified insect was on the lamp shade and two large insects were creating in the floor one of which was a huge wasp! This is unacceptable! I can't imagine if you knew my family and I were coming why all of these issues! It also made me believe it wasn't cleaned and sanitized. Unfortunately these major concerns outweigh how nice the layout of the condo was, the view and the nice warm fireplace."
"Comfortable and clean. The bed not as comfortable as other places we've stayed at this resort. Everything worked, and we had a great time. Both golf courses in great shape with the friendliest staff. Though some activities limited we still had plenty to do..."
