"Nice rooms, bigger. Love East Side too!! Our service lady was the Best. Only wish i had gotten her name, kept fogetting. You have a Great & Wonderful Employee, in her on your team! The morning gentleman was Delightful. So enjoyed seeing Staff with Good Attitudes, Respectful & Friendly!! Rare commodities these days... where most are rude & have Not an ounce of Work Ethics. "Because bed sheets not washed. Fridge doesn’t work. Toilet seat is also broken! Nobody picks up the phone for the front office. And we were supposed to go to Luray east and they moved us to west! And we payed $200 dollars for a 1 star hotel!"

"The hotel had two separate lodging places just accessible by car because of distance. We stayed in the distant part of the reception. On the site this is not clear. Beside the bedclothes were grimy and smelled like they had not been washed. I will never go back."

"Do not stay here! We called in advance and were quoted at $99 for our stay. When we showed up, the receptionist was not very kind and said that wasn't correct and made us pay more. When we went to our building there were literally no other cars, except for the construction/renovation guys...that were all shirtlessly working. Our curtains had moth holes and the sunlight would shine through the holes. The AC unit is SO loud and inconsistent. The beds are very hard. We were very creeped out that we didn't see other cars at the motel for a day and a half. Eventually we saw maybe 3 other cars. Needless to say, we felt mostly uncomfortable for most of our stay."
