"New to the area and love it here. Each stall has amazing owners who are so passionate about what they create and sell...from the farmers outside to the craftsmen, bakers and coffee roasters inside and more. They make you feel welcome!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Lynchburg Community Market. It has such a warm and friendly spirit. We met strangers all morning who felt like neighbors and friends. A treat for the eyes and oh what a feast for the palate. Good coffee and baked goods, oh the Amish fried pie, carving pumpkins, fresh flowers, handmade goods: quilts and nightlights, wood carved items. If you need special and personal this is the place to go. Don’t eat first you will be way to full to shop."

"So many fresh things to choose from! We were in a walk through downtown Lynchburg so we didn’t purchase a lot but did buy some fun flavored honey sticks. Looking forward to our next visit so we can stop buy and try more local goods."

"I enjoy fresh food !! To know that I can get it locally was a plus. I picked up some honey, eggs, flavorful homemade marshmallows, and some Sweet Poppa’s Sweet Tea in three different flavors ( mango, peach, and raspberry) Extremely excited to try them all. Not together of course. The market seemed to be very organized and relatively quiet. I love to see a community get together to ensure there are fresh food options."

"What a fabulous market! The coffee place inside had gluten free and paleo treats for sale. I also grabbed some loose leaf tea and a decaf from them. There’s a lavender stall where I bought an amazing balm for my chapped hands. After one application, they are less red and irritated. I’m shocked at how much it helped!!! We also grabbed some apples from an outside stall that are local. The wildtwist was very sweet. The lady there said it’s a cross of honey crisp and pink lady. So delicious!! There’s also a seafood market that was open when we were there, a bakery, and many craft stalls. Lovely place for a Saturday morning outing to find unique items!!"
