"Purchased a product in error on a Saturday afternoon, went to return it unused & unopened on a Monday afternoon. Was told by the woman owner that I could not receive a refund because it was a chemical. Since when are Mielle products chemicals? It was specifically the curling smoothie. Mielle products don’t have artificial additives or any harsh chemicals. I then asked (since I wouldn’t be able to receive a refund) if I would be able to exchange the product or receive a store credit. She stated that she “does not have the ability to do that”. Making up rules as you go & not honoring the policy printed on the receipt is low. I have been coming to this beauty supply for a long time despite being constantly followed. I promise you, I will not be returning!"
