"I visited the store for the first time and was enchanted to meet Norah, the sweetest lady ever. So kind and helpful and just delightful to talk to. After assisting me for about 20 minutes, we determined that I needed to bring in the item I was trying to re-create, and I needed to speak to Lisa, the shop owner in order to find the items I needed. After a little more chit chat with Norah, I left and returned the following day. Miss Lisa knows her merchandise backwards and forwards and within 20 minutes set me up with exactly what I needed. Such a lovely shop, and such amazingly helpful people. I look forward to going back there soon."

"February 21,2019 I was so excited to find a wholesale bead shop near me, so I search on Google to find one. The Bead shop popped up right away and it was near by me. My husband and I walked in the very cold store and I was so happy because they had such a huge selection and the prices were moderately priced . The sales woman greeted us (who ever she was because she she was because she didn't give her name) she said if we needed any help just let her know. I noticed another customer in the store as well and she was very chatty with the sales lady. So the other customer was talking about beading classes and she gave her all the information. Then it was my turn with my purchase she rang my purchase up with her head down the entire time, so I asked for the website she says my daughter handles that and I don't feel comfortable with giving her information out. But in the beginning I told her that I found the store on Googlr. I felt so uncomfortable in their with her and Ms.Edith whom spoke to them as she walked to her chair with her head down. I've never experienced this kind of racism before in the 42 years I've been on this earth. My feelings are so hurt because I really liked the store but the people in the store really made me feel unwelcomed. I won't be returning to the store again but I wish them healing and understanding that we are all human beings and you treat ALL PEOPLE WITH RESPECT.."
