"Today is 12/4/23 & if I could give ZERO stars, I definitely would! Per the front door, CVS opens at 8am... I walked up to the door around 7:59 and stood there until 8am, come 8am and the doors are still locked so I knocked on the glass.. NO ANSWER. I automatically gave the employees grace by saying, " maybe they're in the bathroom or lost track of time stocking shelves, BUT no that was not the case. The time is now 8:08am and I'm upset, the store is still closed and the lights are on, so I walk back to my car and proceed to get in. As I start my vehicle, I see a vehicle pull into the parking lot and a Caucasian jumps out with keys in her hand speed walking to the front doors. By this time I am upset so I leave and drive over to the Towers CVS location.. ... Please open the doors to your store on time, the public would appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Spoke on the phone with someone from the pharmacy because I was trying to get some information about refilling my birth control. I have to have a dose of this medication every 90 days or it could have life ruining consequences on my health. I very clearly explained this to the pharmacist, and asked when I need to submit my refill in order to make sure I have my medication on time. I picked up (and took) my last prescription on august 14th, this woman told me to submit an order for a refill in December and I can have it by January. When I informed her that I have to have my medication by no later than November 12th in order to be within the 90 day window, her response is to tell me "well I guess just order it a week before you need it?" The whole encounter had a really weird vibe. Either they've got our medications in the hands of people who have no idea what they're talking about, or they've got people working the pharmacy who are trying to intentionally cause people to be late on this medication as part of some insane anti-contraceptive agenda. Either way it is entirely unacceptable that they've got people like this in charge of people's medications. I'm lucky I know how to use a calendar and didn't just take this woman's word for it. Transfer your prescriptions elsewhere if you value your health, because the employees at the pharmacy here definitely don't care about the wellbeing of any of their patients."

"I needed help with my prescription and Kimberly from the pharmacy department went above and beyond to help me. She's kind, had compassion, and over all amazing customer service."

"Went to pick up an hour after sent in. Was told that it would be "expedited" and to come back in an hour. Had to get a replacement antibiotic later that afternoon. This time called to find out when prescription would be ready. Sat on hold for a half hour and realized they would not answer the phone. Went back and found that prescription was not ready. Waited 40 minutes before going back to window to find that they had failed to call my name out when order was ready. Throughout the wait a loud speaker is broadcasting "One call for Pharmacy" over and over, about every two minutes. That plan must come from corporate, because no one at this pharmacy is answering the phone. Employees are polite and dealt with frustrated customers who expect that their prescription will be waiting for them patiently. Bottom line: If you need your prescription, don't bother to call, go there and tell them you are waiting so that they call your name (maybe) in a half hour. Or try to find a better pharmacy."
