"Tons of options! Their creations that have peanut butter are my absolute favorite. Their pre-made/to-go cakes are really good, too. I've been to this location many times, and everyone I've ever interacted with has been friendly and patient. They don't rush you to make any decisions and are always happy to help."
"Overall was very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered one scoop of coffee ice cream. A sweet cream fudge love it size for my husband. A chocolate silk like it sizes for my son. First time they gave me a like it size sweet cream with fudge and my coffee. The second time, they gave me a love it size chocolate silk shake and a like it size sweet cream with fudge shake. Was very disappointed on top of it being my husband's B-day and the only thing he wanted. Overall hated that I was not listened too the first time or the second and hated that I had to spend my money on something my husband didn't want because we were not about to give a 3-year-old a love it size. I know you only live once, but I wanted sleep that night. When I got in there, there were only 3 other people in there."
"I’m very disappointed! I ordered a customized cake for my Husband’s birthday. I had to wait 24hrs for the cake to be made. The presentation of the cake was not worth the money I paid for. If you’re looking for a review on Cold Stone’s customized cake for a special occasion, this is a sign to NOT get it."
"Went in this past Friday, the day after Thanksgiving to treat myself after Rosie's. There was one employee working with a line of customers but he kept a smile on his face and was polite. He was hustling and efficient and an artist making ice cream. It was delicious."
"Normally an excellent experience at this location, however today my delivery order was packaged in a damaged bowl and arrived spilled into the bag. Probably lost 1/4 of the total ice cream due to the spill. I'll still come to this location in the future but maybe they can quality control the containers better"
