"The first time I took my Coco here they were great clean her up good and everything but after that they don't do everything or just say they do it and don't, I only take her here when I can't get a appointment no were else."
"Got to the store at 6:35 to purchase a Guinea Pig for my daughter after driving almost an hour because I live in Penhook. She had immediately picked out the one she wanted and told the associate we wanted to buy one. She radioed in needing assistance for someone come get one out and then I was told by her “my boss said we aren’t taking anymore animals out tonight”. Very disappointing that I drove an hour and was there almost a full 30 minutes before closing and now I have a crying/upset daughter because she wanted a Guinea Pig after her last one died last week."
"NEVER bringing my dog to get groomed here again! I dropped my dog off today to get washed, brushed, ears cleaned, and a nail trim and she was fine when I left, the groomer Gabrielle even did an assessment on her and all was fine. I get a call an hour later with a woman saying Gabrielle wouldn't groom her, that I needed to come get her because she was swaying and lathargic and implied I sedated her which DID NOT happen! When they brought her out to me they noticed she was bleeding from her front paws. After they checked her they said it was from a cracked nail on both paws. When I looked her over she did not have cracked nails and was not lathargic. I would love to know what happened to my dog during the hour she was there considering they didn't groom her, at all, and she was bleeding! My dog is an old, sweet, gentle, and calm girl that I love very much. I am so mad that this happened to her while in their care. I don't recommend anyone bring there beloved pet here to get groomed."
"I love this store. They price match and are always patient and gracious. After a particularly horrible online order experience (I will never order online from PetSmart again unless it’s all free!) with little-to-no support from Customer Care, I brought both cases of damaged/opened cans of cat food back to PetSmart. The manager was incredibly helpful, as was Sarah. They refunded my damaged purchases with no issue. And that’s just one of the the reasons I love this store. ❤️❤️❤️"
