"Nice hotel. Was upgraded to a suite which had 2 rooms and a very nice bathroom. All modern, but quaint but nice overall. We had room 324 that had lots of windows, but you can't see the river from that level, just other buildings downtown."

"I question the payout for other reviews on this. Overall hotel lobby and location were nice. The cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired. Dust on pictures and sconces, crumbs in the corners of the beds, a layer of grime between the sink and countertop. Again, overall the hotel was ok but I would not stay there again. The room felt very dated and dirty."

"This is a gem of a hotel with lots of local touches and history mixed with modern convenience and flair. Great location, staff was amazing, and I just loved my room. Dining options are nice; rooftop is a great place to relax and enjoy the city."

"From the start at Valet parking to the entire stay, accommodations, requests, in-room dining, customer service at the front desk--- everything and everyone was very friendly, smiling, willing to help, respectful & made our work trip enjoyable. There was not one problem. Definitely will be returning to future stays! Recommend the room with the soaking tub :)"

"This was my second time staying in this hotel. I stayed here in March of this year. Parking was a little tough but I was able to take advantage of the vallet parking which I would definitely recommend. Otherwise, parking is a little tough. I did not have the chance to eat at the restaurant hotel since it was closed when I got there and I was only staying for one night. The rooms were very clean and the hotel had a great historic field. The ceilings were super tall! I ended up staying here two more times this year. Definitely recommend My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible"
