"This is my favorite grocery store in the area and it’s always so clean and well-stocked, and they have a wide selection for the given location BUT I really wish the employees would stop bagging my stuff. They use way too many bags, and they don’t bag it the way I would. Tonight I got groceries and two separate items were double bagged by themselves. Completely unnecessary and wasteful. Not only do I not want to carry 15 bags into the house, but it’s bad for the environment. I rebagged everything at my car and had 8 spare bags and only used 4. So I went from 12 to 4 bags. I took the rest back inside. I really wish the automatic (and inefficient) bagging wasn’t a thing. It aggravates me every single time. Even when I bring my own reusable bags they try to put 2-3 items max in each bag and then I “run out” of bags."
"I love this Kroger. I do all my food shopping here. I buy my money orders here when it’s time to pay the rent. I have also purchased some quality things for my kitchen like a strainer, bread knife, cups, and candles. They have an excellent selection of kitchen goods. Customer service has been great. They honored a sale tag that was a couple weeks old. Staff here are very friendly! I shop here because I like the quality of their fruits and produce. I was horrified when I went to Food Lion."
