"I’m so frustrated that goodwill has been removing their changing rooms. How can I be comfortable buying clothing if I can’t try it on and I can’t return it for money back if it doesn’t fit? Prices have already been going up and Goodwill used to be my go to place before anything else cause they often do have good options if you look hard enough. I don’t have the luxury of just knowing my size and buying it and it magically fits. I’m postpartum right now and have no idea what will work. I really just wish goodwill could still be an option for me but I guess it’s not anymore."

"Shopped at the Forest Brook location for a bookshelf and chair. The items were in decent condition and the prices were fair. The staff were very friendly. The cashier Eddie was awesome. He made our day."

"Poor attitude of employees who intake items. Made a donation at the old forest location and greeted by older/bald man with no social skills. Had a car load and did not offer to unload. Handed home two boxes. He put one down and threw the second , breaking the item. He yelled for a second person to come out unload the car, while he made a face stared at me. The second employee was nice and said thank you. The older man needed an attitude adjustment and to leave his other problems at home"
