"The manager was awful! He was yelling at an employee out in the open over being too slow. I heard him say, “If you don’t work, you’re going to get fired and then you’ll be homeless because you don’t have a job!” I heard him tell the employee that if they lose their job, they will be begging for food on the streets and might end up getting arrested! I thought John Quiñones was going to pop up and ask me, what would you do? I felt like saying something. I don’t know if I will ever come back to this Big Lots on Wards."
