"I've taken my dog Cairo here a few times, they're always sweet and patient with him since he's a little shy with new people. Dr. Hart has always been thorough and straight to the point and has never tried to sell me anything unnecessary which I felt our last vet prioritized over his actual care so I am satisfied. They check on him the next day, they ask if I have any questions and overall I feel like they care. If anything needs to be fixed or addressed it is always handled promptly. I haven't had any bad experiences here, It is more expensive than other places but they have amenities other vets dont, a nice office and staff and as someone with anxiety I've always felt comfortable and welcomed here and I've always felt my dog was getting the best care which is the most important to me."
"We moved here a year ago from AZ and had lost our dog of 10 years a year before the move. We finally decided we were ready again recently and chose RAH to begin the journey. They got us in next day, had us in the room within minutes of our arrival and were very polite and welcoming. The tech was gentle and kind as was the Vet. The Vet (so sorry I don’t remember her name) was very sharp and answered all my questions thoroughly. We planned to go elsewhere but RAH had availability and now we’re planning to return to them instead. Prices were a little on the higher side but when service/care is this good it becomes a moot point. Thank you and see you again soon, RAH!"
"My sister brings her pups here and I was looking for Christmas and birthday gifts for her. They didn't have gifts certificates but they went out of their way to make me one for each occasion. Perfect gift for those that have everything. Thank you for accommodating me when you didn't have to. Now I see why she loves bringing her pets there. They go above and beyond."
"They have always been kind and compassionate. When I lost my cat unexpectedly, the whole team was so kind. Dr. Hart kept me updated throughout trying to save my boy. He didn't make it, but they did everything they could, and the attentiveness and compassion when he was gone was very much needed and appreciated as it was so sudden and I was so heartbroken. Good job everyone. Thank you for all you did to try to help him. ❤️"
