"either the store doesn’t know how to do math at all or theyre just scamming the customers. the store says “buy one get one 70% off” and we were only given the 30% off. for example, the original retail marked price of the shoe was 79.99 and so 70% off should have a final price of 24.00 right? because 70% of 79.99 is 55.99 and we SUBTRACT that from 79.99 because it says OFF. no. i was charged 55.99. we went back to sort of dispute this charge but they kept persisting on how the final price is 55.99. i have my degree in math and this was just so frustrating to experience. i started laughing on the way out because i did not think a sales department could have such poor math literacy, especially when on a great deal such as 70% off. still took the shoes because, hey, its still money off the original price, but do better. I don’t even blame the sales associate responsible for this mixup because the math was written on a post it note and they were just doing what they were told. im not even one to write reviews at all but this was unacceptable."

"I stopped in at Clark's Bostonian Outlet, today. I currently several pairs of Clark's shoes, and the store was having a 2/$99.00 sale. I was excited about the sale! I was disappointed when I found a very small section of size 11 ladies' shoes. I was further dismayed when I tried on three pairs of shoes that were all too tight through the vamp. Service was warm and welcoming. The store was very clean."
