"Was able to purchase the things we came for, was in the store about 30 minutes, had NO ONE greet us, help us or offer any assistance. Very strange, we are regular (local) customers, the young lady clerk was accommodating at check out, am sure happy to get the $165 sale. Certainly not a good start for the holiday customers that will walk in your location. Definitely not the service level we have always experienced many times in and out of this store."

"I traveled 40 miles to this Talbots today - I checked Google which stated it was open. I was online today and went to order two items, that the website stated was in stock - so I decided to go there on my lunch to just purchase them. I find parking and walk to the store only to find a "note" on the door stating due to some reason that I did not understand...THE STORE WAS CLOSED! A waste of my time and my gas...update your online presence to be accurate!"
