"Visited this store around 12:30 p.m. today, and I was made to feel like a thief, as one of their associates watched my every move. When I moved she moved. The store was as busy as I’ve ever seen it, full of middled aged white women, all of whom seemed to be able to go about the business of browsing without being surveilled. As a black woman who had every intention of spending a good amount of money on their high priced outlet clothing, I decided to take my business else where. What a shame. You know who you are, Miss Associate who was pretending to do office work at the front checkout."

"I visited this weekend on Saturday, 10/8 from Richmond and cannot say enough good things about the store/associates. With things the way they've been through the pandemic, I am amazed at the neatness of the store as well as the full inventory. They even called another store to find an item and ship it to my home. I will drive 45 minutes with no regrets to be able to browse neat stores with kind staff over staying local and being told to "look online." Although, due to the full inventory and kind associates, I spend waaaayyyy toooo much money:)"
