"I visited the Williamsburg Outlets location and was assisted by the assistant store manager, Thomas. He was great! I wanted the red suit on display in the window and the size I needed was not on the floor, so he checked the mannequin for me even though he knew it would probably be the smallest size which wasn't my size. He was right. He then checked the racks and found the blazer in my size (I checked but wasn't as diligent as Thomas) but he didn't find the pants. He informed me that he'd check in the back but if they didn't have it he'd assist me with ordering it online. There was a pair in the back that were my size. I usually don't shop big stores because I enjoy a more personal shopping experience and the willingness of a sales associate to go above and beyond. I thank Thomas for giving me that above and beyond experience today."

"Favorite store for men's graphic tees, polo shirts, shorts, and women's dress clothes. Along with frequent clearance pricing, educator and email discounts usually equal another 25% off the sale price. Clothes wear and wash well for many years."
"Decent quality clothes in the current fashion at rock bottom prices. I've been shopping here for a few years and BR makes up most of my wardrobe. Majority of clothes look great and fit well. One thing I really like is they offer several different 'cuts' for men's clothing."
