"I was in Williamsburg Christmas Shopping. I was just there in April while on vacation. The Employees are rude, loud with very poor customer service skills. The man that greeted me when I came in was very polite. They need to take a customer Arbuckle clad on how to speak to customers. I was very disappointed and I'm almost sure they won't be there long Once they lose Business they will remove the people who are making it a toxic environment."

"They have the perfect clothes that you don't need but just have to have!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful!"

"9/22/23 Workers are rude they stare you down while you shop as if I was inconveniencing them. Unfortunately they have no dressing rooms like most customers I have to try the clothes over what I’m wearing to make sure it fits so it takes a little longer. I went to check out worker didn’t greet me or ask if I found everything okay didn’t even say thank you for shopping. No one should feel rushed to shop during normal hours while being rudely stare me down by workers. Lots of room for improvement!"

"This is by far the worst store that I have ever been in. The district manager needs to know the experience customers receive when they walk in. One you are not greeted or even spoken to at all. I got to the register and sat there for ten min while one associate was at the register messing with paperwork and the rest were walking around the store. I know each one of them noticed me at the register and made no attempt to ring me up. They act as if you are a bother to them when it’s their job to assist customers. I’ve been in retail as a store manager for 17 years and I would never allow my employees to act in this nature. I would love to get a phone call from someone who is really concerned about what is happening in that location. I have also had several other customers, friends and family say the same thing about this location. This is completely unacceptable and I will never return to that store. Let’s add the fact that they are walking around talking to each other about there crazy weekend and let’s just say it’s definitely not appropriate. Or how they smell like marijuana as soon as you walk in the door."

"Very rude employee. Was greeting with an attitude. If u hate ur job that much then quit. Sounds like she didn't even want to be there. I was walking out the beeper goes off so she goes and ask what do u have in there. Whatever u put in my bag that I got. Ur fault u left the sensor on. Yea it happens bc I work in retail. Will not be going in there again."
