"I like outlet stores as an opportunity to find quality clothes at a bargain. My closet shows my appreciation for Chico's, full priced and sale. I like their design aesthetic and their quality. This outlet, however, disappointed me - the quality of clothing was clearly different than in their primary stores. Their so-called "off the rack" brand is manufactured especially for the discount market. I'll stick with the bargain racks at Chico's stores. The clothes here were cute but no bargain - you can buy cute t-shirts off the sale racks at Macy's or Belks for better. If it's not Chico's quality, I'm not paying Chico's premiums."
