"both zippers on my platform doc martens were broken and had to be replaced. i was recommended this business by a friend and stopped by. originally i didn’t realize both zippers needed to be replaced but they took a look and showed me where both of them were breaking and said they could replace both and i could pick up in a week. i was reluctant to hand them off to anyone because i love those shoes so much and a new pair is hard to come by and unaffordable so i didn’t want to have to do that. they were very sweet though so i trusted them. lo and behold my beloved shoes are all fixed and perfect. i’m very pleased! i’m glad it was a painless process in the end :)"
