She came out to the home and helped with selection and then suggested Brian Falls as the installer. Brian has excellent craftmanship and they felt he was a joy to have in their home. "Walked into the store and Christina greeted me. I told her what I needed and she immediately understood and picked out a carpet in the style and color and price range I needed. She came out and measured the room and we set up an install date. However, due to my wife's rescheduling of some doctor's appointments, I had to reschedule the install date. Then Christina had to reschedule to a conflict on their end. through all this Christina always was a professional and totally easy to work with. We finally got the carpet installed. The installer was Jerry. He and his helper were on time and went right to work. They were very professional and did a great job."
