"If you ever wonder if an organization is effectively run - call their customer service number and ask to speak to a manager. If you do so with Lowe's you will get transferred around in repetition until some temporary contract worker on the receiving dock eventually answers. He will know nothing, have no access to a computer, and be completely in the dark. I previously loved Lowe's - but over the years this organization has fallen in every relevant customer metric. Really disappointed."
"One of the best Lowe's that I have ever been to. I was going to purchase a grill. And didn't know for sure which one I should get and which one was the best. I was greeted by two Associates named Dean and Rocky. They took their time with me and explained everything about the grills and which one would be the best to purchase when I picked out one Rocky was right on it to get the grill up to the front for my purchase while Dean showed me everything that I would need for the grill. And when I picked everything that I would like he followed me to the register to help me with the self-checkout and Rocky and Dean loaded my new grill up in my vehicle. These two men were very patient and never rushed me to hurry up and pick out what I needed. After that I went to the gardening section and met a man named Kevin. I needed some lava rocks and could not find them he was very helpful and helping me find what I needed and he was so friendly and nice. I will say that this is one of the best Lowe's with the friendliest Associates in Roanoke Virginia"
