"Very upset about the customer service I received at the Roanoke branch of Ferguson. I could have ordered online, and paid a lot less, but chose to order from a supplier with customer service, should I need any. Bad idea on my part. My complaints about my one of my Summit under counter built in refrigerators were swept under the rug from the start and now 2 years later my fridge is dead. I was told there were no service providers in my area. I would have never chosen to purchase these units, (2 under counter fridges, 1 under counter freezer and 1 gas range) had I known this information up front from my sales person. Basically, I was out of luck even though my concerns over the unit was in the warranty time frame. In short, my advice, please make sure you ask if there are local service providers for your appliances you order up front... if you don't ask, they won't tell and because of that, they seem to just be focused on the sale."
