"Stopped in to this Harbor Freight the other day for this first time in a few months. They've completely renovated the inside to be more like the newer floor plan used in several other locations. It looks good, clean, well stocked and organized. This shopping center has lots of parking and is easy to get my truck and 35' trailer in and out of. I'm an Inside Track member, and the cashier went out of her way to recognize the fact, thanked me for being a member, and even had a stash of some items advertised for members only that were free that weekend. Much appreciated. Also want to mention the same cashier diligently helped the young lady in front of me in line that was picking up something for her dad with a coupon code that wasn't working. The cashier took the time to help find the correct code and make sure she got the price she expected to pay. Even though it took an extra minute or so I appreciate the fact the cashier helped so much when she could have easily blown it off and just said no."
