"Punctual, friendly. I had two toilets worked on...one flapper replacement and one toilet handle adjustment. Unfortunately the handle adjustment wasn't fixed even though the worker said it was, but I was able to correct that myself by simply loosening the handle connection nut. I was charged only a sevice call of $80 and $5 for the flapper; otherwise, I would have complained. Only other negative I would mention is that if you are sensitive or do not like the smell of cigarette smoke, perhaps specifically ask for workers who do not smoke. My whole townhouse smelled heavily like cigarettes after they left for quite a while. The work itself; good. The workers; friendly. The company; recommended with these caveats."
"These guys are the real deal. JC Plumbing came, took $350 and didn't fix the plumbing issue we had. These guys were here longer, fixed the issue, explained what to do so it doesn't happen again and charged $240. Will definitely recommend to others and use in the future."
