"This was typically my go to place for shoe repair but today no more. I took a pair of shoes in for a repair quote. I was given one and thought it was too high but after not finding a less expensive alternative option, I returned. This time however the same pair of shoes that he said could be repaired he was now saying he wouldn't work on them. When I explained that he previously gave a quote to repair them and inquired if perhaps there was another worker who provided the initial quote, he became irritate, raising his voice, and talking over top of me saying he would not repair them. Perhaps it's a cultural thing where he feels comfortable with taking liberty with speaking hostile with females, but nope that doesn't fly with me."

No discussion about how repair would be done, just started to enter my info into system and get me to pre-pay nearly $50 with no committment for pickup date. Nope. Grabbed my stuff and walked out."
