He was informative and had me feeling relaxed. As an African American BIG STRONG woman he reassured me of the needs and support I needed for my new journey of training for the 10k. The therapist recommended Fleet Feet because of their ability to do high tech analysis of my feet to find the best product. They explained the issues and found a pair of shoes that has allowed me to be more active. Highly recommend."
"It was my first time in to a Fleet Feet, and I will now only be buying my running shoes from this store. Every part of the experience was perfect. It was incredibly busy while I was in, but we were greeted immediately and very shortly after taken care of. The store also was just very clean, neat, and orderly. Jeff was very thorough in talking me through the process and guiding me in what would be best for my needs. He was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and patient. "I have experienced tendon pain in one foot for several months. My physical therapist recommended Fleet Feet and I am glad he did. I was greeted upon entering by a friendly and knowledgeable person who explained their process for measuring feet and stride. After the measurements, she spent time selecting several pairs of shoes appropriate for my condition. She encouraged me to try on a minimum of three pairs before selecting one. I never felt rushed and appreciated her assistance. My feet are better off and so am I."
